John Luttrell
Composer, singer-songwriter, producer, and performer John Luttrell's original compositions range from ambient instrumentals to solo piano and guitar to progressive rock. John has written the score and created original soundtrack music for several films, documentaries, and multimedia projects. We're proud and excited to have him join us in Tecopa this year!
The ever amazing Levi Chen will grace our stage again this year. Levi’s unique musical voice combines ambient electric guitar textures with traditional instruments from around the world, forming a sound that is simultaneously private, passionate, and expansive. Be prepared to open your heart during this mystical and moving performance.
Jacqueline Lennon, vocalist and executive producer of the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival 2011-2013, will wrap up Tecopa Chill 2017 with an eclectic blend of acoustic covers and originals backed by Steve McLalan on guitar, and Craig Lehman on bass.

What a great way to kick off the festival! Coastline will be tearing up the stage with their Latin Rock repertoire at the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival. Time to put on your dancing shoes and get ready for a feel-good time!
Mat & The Venice Square Junkyard Dogs

The Tecopa Music & Arts Festival is pleased to welcome the debut of Mat & The Venice Square Junkyard Dogs. Born and raised in Venice, Mat has assembled some great local musicians in his quest to bring you the best in blues. So come on out and show your love by attending their very first performance!
David & Olivia are an American singer-songwriting duo that weave country, folk, gospel and blues through songs crafted out of love, loss and life after. Olivia graced our stage in both 2011 and 2012 and we're delighted to have her back with her musical partner David, with whom she has recorded a brand new record! They will be hot off of their Rooftop Rodeo SXSW performance and sliding on to the stage at the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival. Did I mention we can't wait?
Jacqueline Lennon & World Groove hail from Venice, California. Their original sound is a sultry blend of jazz, funk and blues, a gumbo sure to please. Their repertoire includes many original tunes, mostly Lennon/Whittaker compositions. Come enjoy their return performance at the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival.
The Evangenitals are an alt-country/Americana love revolution. With music ranging from truck-stop lullabies to Klezmer-punk-jazz, from ballads and barn-burners to hillbilly stomp, they are the jukebox at the Mat Hatter's tea party. We were lucky to have them at the very first Tecopa Music & Arts Festival in 2011 and happily welcome them back this year!

Ready to shake it up with Shake-Down? Their blend of blues, rock and R&B, fronted by the robust vocals of Jaime Estes, will certainly make you want to shake a tail feather! We're so excited to have them back at the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival this year!
Craving a little New Orleans flavor? LaVonia & Tamlin will bring it at the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival! Tamlin's sweet and funky Louisiana-flavored blues guitar and vocals combined with singer LaVonia - one of the most powerful voices on the planet - will surely be a soul-stirring, bring-the-house-down performance!
Like your classic rock straight up with a twist? Tecopa Music & Arts Festival is excited to welcome the Carry On Band! Founded by guitarist Pete Sarenana, this Classic Rock project is sure to get you moving and shaking.
Westside Crew is bringing their blend of old skool funk & Latin soul back to the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival as this year's headliner. This 10-piece band is a local LA favorite - regularly working their crowds into a frenzy of rhythm-inspired madness. See you on the dance floor!

What a way to end the festival! 2 Bit Radio is an electrifying band who creates music that makes their audience move their bodies! Think Depeche Mode, Maroon 5, Muse, Snow Patrol and you get the idea. We are pleased to welcome back this synth-based quartet's crowd pleasing music to the Tecopa Music & Arts Festival stage.
